Roberto Carlos López Meza has more than 18 years of experience in the field of administrative and regulatory law. He began his career in the Federal Public Administration, at the then Federal Electoral Institute, and later immersed himself in the field of contentious-administrative litigation. He also held the position of Secretary of Study and Account in the Agrarian Court of the 24th District.

The multiple favorable rulings that he has obtained in the litigations in his charge, have been in constant preceding occasions for the formation of jurisprudential criteria.

Beatriz Noemi Monzalvo Jasso is a Legal Assistant with more than 5 years of experience in the field, who supports in notarial management tasks, such as organization, control and review of notarial projects and instruments, coordination of signatures and procedures before the Public Registry of Property, also collaborating in the creation and safeguarding of folders and digital files with information on individuals and corporations. Assists in administrative procedures and issues, billing, bank reconciliations, administration of resources and payroll, cash control. She is currently studying Business Administration.

Rafael Blancas García graduated with honorable mention, he has vast experience in civil, commercial, family and amparo litigation. He has 24 years of experience as a postulant lawyer and has worked in various public offices and prestigious firms, such as Luz y Fuerza del Centro, Consultation Management and Contentious Matters Management of the Federal Electricity Commission.
