P. 11950, Mexico City, in terms of the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, makes available this Privacy Notice, so that you may know how your personal data will be obtained, used and stored.
IUS LÍDER, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data and in this regard, we inform you that the personal data we collect from you, we will use it to provide our legal advice and legal defense, create legal strategies for their defense, as well as to invoice the services requested.
In order to carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use your personal data, such as: personal data provided voluntarily, as a consequence of sending a curriculum vitae; sending a mail or telephone for contact; or related to a legal relationship for the provision of services. Identification data: Name, date of birth, home address, telephone number, landline or mobile, e-mail, Unique Code of Population Registry, Federal Taxpayers Registry; Academic training data: Degree, professional card number, certificates obtained; Employment data: jobs, work addresses, salary, financial data: information on your bank accounts, balances; Sensitive data: Health status, medical history, religion, sports you practice, places you visit, weight and height, criminal record, photographs.
Your personal data may also be used for purposes other than those mentioned above or those included in the Privacy Notices, which are made available to you, provided that such purposes are compatible with those described and can be considered similar.
Your personal data may be transferred, for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, to the following institutions:
- Local and federal judicial authorities.
- National credit institutions for payment of wages and/or labor benefits;
- National insurance companies for obtaining bonds or guarantees;
- SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR for compliance with obligations.
We inform you that IUS LÍDER, S.C., regardless of the above mentioned, will not transfer your personal data to any third party, without obtaining your prior consent. However, it will be able to transfer your personal data when this transfer is foreseen by the Law.
IUS LÍDER, S.C., will at all times adopt and maintain the necessary security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorised use, access or processing.
As the owner of the personal data, you have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use them for and the conditions of the use we give them (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Correction); that we remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations provided for in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

Additionally, you can revoke the consent you have given us to process your personal data. Please note, however, that we may not be able to comply with your request or terminate use immediately in all cases, as we may be required by law to continue processing your personal data. You should also consider that for certain purposes, revoking your consent will mean that we can no longer provide you with the service you requested, or that your relationship with us is terminated.

The request for Refusal of Treatment, ARCO rights, Limitation and/or Revocation must be express and contain the name of the interested party; indicate whether the request is made in person or by being represented by a third party, the address for hearing and receiving notifications, a telephone number and e-mail address for contacting you, and state whether you agree that notifications made by us in relation to your request should be made via the e-mail address you provide for this purpose; a detailed description of the Personal Data in respect of which you are requesting to exercise any of the ARCO rights or your Refusal of Treatment, and if applicable, your express statement to revoke your consent to the treatment of your Personal Data. In the case of a request for the rectification of personal data, you must accompany the documents that support your request and indicate exactly which data you are requesting to be modified.
Once your application has been received, Ius Líder, S. C., if necessary, may ask you for any clarification and additional information, within a period of five days. The term of answer to your request will be of twenty days counted from the presentation of your request or the discharge of the requirement of additional information that in any case is required, being sent by mail in the address that you indicate for such effect or, in case of having authorized it, to the electronic mail that you had provided for it.
This privacy notice may be modified, changed or updated due to new legal requirements; our own needs for the products or services we offer; our privacy practices; changes in our business model, or for other reasons.
